Fitment
How do I know which wipers fit my vehicle?
Use the vehicle selector on the ClearView store and choose your make, model, year, and body style. If your vehicle has more than one arm type, check the connector photo against your current wipers before ordering.
What if my new wipers do not fit?
Contact support with your order number, vehicle details, and clear photos of the wiper arm and adapter. We can troubleshoot the fitment and arrange replacement adapters, an exchange, or a refund where needed.
Are ClearView blades the same as genuine factory parts?
They are aftermarket replacement blades designed to match the required length, connector, and windscreen sweep for compatible vehicles. They are not genuine OEM parts unless stated otherwise.
Installation
How do I install my new wiper blades?
Our wiper blades are super simple to install. Simply clip in the correct adaptor and you are ready to install. Most sets clip on in a few minutes: lift the arm, remove the old blade, click the new blade into place, and gently lower the arm back to the glass.
Should I remove the plastic cover before using them?
Yes. If your blades arrive with a protective sleeve over the rubber edge, remove it before fitting or testing the wipers.
Shipping and tracking
How much does shipping cost?
Standard New Zealand delivery is free for every ClearView wiper orders unless a different shipping option is shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to view the latest order status.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and take photos of the damage before contacting support. We will help arrange a replacement if the blades were damaged in transit.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return my wipers?
Yes. If the blades do not fit or are not right for your vehicle, contact us and we will walk you through the return or exchange process.
How do I start a return?
Send us your order number and the reason for return. If the issue is fitment or performance related, include photos so we can confirm the fastest solution.
Warranty
What does the ClearView warranty cover?
ClearView blades include 12 months of cover for fitment and performance issues. If something is not working as expected, support can help troubleshoot and arrange the right next step.
